Your right to privacy is important to USAction Education Fund. We are committed to maintaining your trust.

Personal information you provide is stored in a secure location and is accessible only by designated staff. We will not disclose the information we collect to others except to send it, along with your message, to targeted government or corporate officials for action.  We won't sell your information for any reason without your permission.

Resale or disclosure of information to third parties
We do not share or otherwise disclose any personal information, including your name, address, or email addresses, with other organizations except where you authorize it (for example, in petitions to elected officials). Only USAction Education Fund staff and our authorized agents have access to personally identifiable information provided by visitors to our site. From time to time, we may send you information from other like-minded organizations whose products or services we think subscribers might find interesting, but we do not exchange, trade, rent, or give email lists to third parties.

Privacy of our email lists
USAction Education Fund maintains several email lists to keep USAction Education Fund Activists informed about breaking events.  We do not share the email addresses on our lists with outside organizations. Only USAction Education Fund staff and our authorized agents have access to personally identifiable information provided by visitors to our site.

Opting out and modifying information
Subscribers to our e-mail list may terminate their subscriptions by visiting the unsubscribe page. They may correct their personal information by editing their profile.
